Is Rousseau's R Cabinet strong enough to support this kind of two-level structure?
Absolutely! Rousseau cabinets can support a vertical load of 12,000lb. and have a load capacity of 400lb. per drawer. In addition, the R housing includes a concrete anchoring kit and is predrilled for stacking and assembling the railing and flooring. All this makes the overall structure strong and safe.
What equipment is needed to move Rousseau cabinets?
It depends on the type of base installed under your cabinet. Forklift base with front access (RA52): forklift.
Forklift base with front or side access (RA53): forklift or pallet jack (via front only).
Does the Stack & Store Cabinet Mezzanine need a seismic evaluation?
No. Unlike storage mezzanines with multiple levels, whether they use cabinets or shelving, the Stack & Store solution does not require a seismic evaluation, which means easier installation and lower project costs.
